Zela is a creative brand of the Meppon cooking concept, fusion of Mediterranean products with Japanese techniques, and now lands in London. Where? It is located in Strand, the most vibrant urban area of the city, near Covent Garden. Specifically at the five-star ME London by Meliá hotel.

In the menu you can find dishes as a tribute to the origin of the restaurant such as scallops with Ibizan sobrasada and truffle butter nigiri, as well as Meppon dishes such as bull usuzukuri pa amb tomaquet or edamame with sichimi salmorejo. Zela London will offer a wide variety of breakfasts: continental, English, breakfasts with Japanese influence ...

Regarding drinks, Zela has a menu of cocktails that combine Asian ingredients with the fun of the Mediterranean, such as Santa María (with Jerez wine, a mixture of homemade spices, tomatoes and basil) or Harakiri ( sake, lime, egg white and shiso syrup). The wine list focuses on those of Spanish origin and also offers a selection of premium sakes.
