Angrry.exe™
Florinela Georgescu, director of operational meteorology within the ANM, made some clarifications regarding the winter of 2019 that will come over Romania. According to the official, we will have a normal winter, but this does not mean that it will be a mild winter. "A normal winter means cold to us. Every winter I say this. A normal winter does not mean a light winter. (...) It is a picture that we are beginning to get used to, that the worst winter is in the second part of the season ", explained Florinela Georgescu. She also added that from now on snow episodes can occur at any time in Romania. "It is possible anytime from now on to have episodes with snow, but episodes that do not necessarily mean the coming of winter to us in the country. We can still have periods with good weather," added Florinela Georgescu. According to the forecast announced by the National Meteorological Administration, the weather will be coldly starting from October 28, the temperatures will drop by about 10 degrees. The precipitations will appear and in the low areas it will be foggy and burned. The snowfall will appear in the mountainous areas, where during the night the temperatures will fall below the freezing threshold.
