And the best part is that it is the best water park in the world. We don't say it, the three million annual visitors say, in addition to the numerous awards it has received over the years. The latter, its sixth Travelers' Choice Award, thanks to the positive ratings of its visitors on the TripAdvisor travel portal, which have had no doubt since the category of 'water parks' was established, making it the only park in Receive this award. In addition to this sixth award, Siam Park has received up to eight consecutive occasions the European Star Award for Best Water Park in Europe, awarded by the publication Kirmes & Park Revue. This award was presented at a gala in which three park attractions were also awarded, with the second, fourth and sixth place in the list of best attractions in Europe: the 'Kinnaree' mega-slide; the spectacular water roller coaster 'Singha'; and the 'Tower of Power', a fast slide that reaches 28 meters high and a speed of 80 km / h. In addition, 'Jungle Snake' and the children's area 'Sawasdee', were recognized within the best family attractions. These numerous awards are the result of the constant innovation and reinvestment of the Loro Parque company in all its projects. An example of this continuous work are the three attractions inaugurated on the occasion of its tenth anniversary: 'Patong Rapids', with a distance of 235 meters, with curves and countercurves; 'Coco Beach', a new children's area with a wave pool of more than 1,000 square meters; and the 'Bhodi Trail', a jungle area with towers, obstacles, networks and restoration area, where the whole family enjoys. In addition, last year there would also be its doors 'Poema del Mar', an aquarium where you can discover various types of marine ecosystems. As usual in the Loro Parque Company, excellence and quality of facilities are fundamental principles in all new projects. Therefore, Siam Park applies the latest technological developments to every detail, on issues ranging from innovation in the creation of its attractions to sustainability and respect for the environment. The latter carried out through actions that favor sustainability, such as a closed circuit for water supply or the use of local products, thus minimizing the pollution footprint associated with the transport of imported products. This commitment to the environment is consolidated through the Loro Parque Fundación, specializing in the conservation and protection of species of parrots and marine mammals and their habitats, among other animals, that are in danger of extinction. 100% of donations received go directly to conservation projects, with results that speak clearly: in more than 20 years of operation, more than 19.7 million dollars have been invested in more than 180 projects throughout the world, thanks to which nine species of parrots have been directly saved from imminent extinction. A work that has also been recognized by the Responsible Tourism Institute, linked to UNESCO.
