This is how, during the weekend at parties or meetings, people usually opt for more refreshing drinks. To enjoy innovative options, Farid Olaechea, professor of the Bar and Cocktails career at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute, shares three cocktail recipes. 1. TONIC SILVESTER Ingredients: Ice 1½ ounce of Gin 1 ounce Raspberry Syrup 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice Tonic water Preparation Mode: In a shaker pour all inputs except tonic water. Shake and serve in a tall glass, complement with ice and add tonic water. Decorate with flowers 2. JORA PASSION Ingredients: Ice 1½ ounce of pisco pischo ½ ounce of passion fruit juice 1 ounce chicha de jora syrup ¾ ounce of orange liquor 1 egg white Preparation Mode: Put everything in a shaker, except ice. Then add it and beat again. Finally serve with the shaker filter in a glass and decorate. 3. SPRING BOWL Ingredients: Chopped peach 4 ounces of pisco pischo ½ of maraschino liquor Peach syrup to taste 2 ounces raspberry syrup Orange juice to taste White or sparkling wine ginger ale (optional) Ice Preparation Mode: In a bowl put the chopped peach, 4 ounces of pisco, maraschino liquor, peach syrup and 2 ounces of raspberry syrup. Move and test the mixture to ensure it has a balanced balance. Then pour the orange juice to taste, white or sparkling wine and optionally a can of ginger ale. Then serve a good amount of ice and continue mixing. Finally, decorate with pieces of orange and lemon to flavor. 1
