The student marches this Friday, which began to be peaceful and organized, were obscured towards the end of the afternoon when a group of hooded men attacked the Icetex building in downtown Bogotá.

The events occurred at the final concentration point of the demonstrations against the corruption scandal of the District University and the excesses of the ESMAD denounced by the students.
The Icetex security chief said that within the entity's building, in the center of Bogotá, there were about 200 people, including workers, contractors and students who were making the rounds of their student credit, when 25 people entered it .

“We never responded to attacks, we only defended ourselves. There were very courageous people, who put the chest, the soul, to the situation. They went in to kill us, it's very outrageous, ”he said.
