Intel Graphic Driver 26.20.100.7212: extensive fixes and improvements

Intel-Display-Driver

Although the "highlights" of this new driver version are taken by both FIFA 20 and support for Iris Plus, the truth is that there are corrections and improvements that have to be considered as equal or more important even than these.

But before we start, let's know the contents of these drivers and the versions of the modules that it carries:

Intel Graphics Driver
Intel Audio Driver 10.26.0.8 (6th Gen and related Pentium Silver and Celeron processors)
Intel Audio Driver 10.27.0.5 (7th, 8th, 9th, 10th Gen)
Intel Audio Driver 11.1.0.10 (10th Gen with Iris Plus Graphics)
Intel Media SDK Runtime
Intel Graphics Compute Runtime for OpenCL ™ Driver
Intel Graphics Command Center
Vulkan * Runtime Installer (1.1.114.0)
And is that the support of Iris Plus has brought with it for the 10th Generation of Intel processors with said iGPU a series of quite considerable features and that, for now, will not be extrapolated to the rest of the models.

Beginning with:

Support for DX12 VRS (Variable Rate Shading) Tier 1
BETA support for Retro Scaling
Support for Adaptive Sync (Variable Refresh Rate) is added
Support for Half Refresh Rate is added to improve the battery in full screen while playing videos at 24 Hz.
Compatibility with VESA Display ID 2.0.
In addition, Intel adds support for 7th Generation or higher support for HDCP 2.3 on DisplayPort panels, something that many were claiming. In addition, new extensions for the Vulkan API have been added: VK_KHR_imageless_framebuffer and VK_EXT_memory_budget.

Improvements
Intel has improved two small problems that it has detected and that affect from the sixth generation of processors to the tenth:

Reduced latency for remote games.
Performance optimizations for Gears of War 5.
Fixes
Intel has managed to correct a large number of problems, where they all affected from the sixth generation of processors to the tenth, including Pentium and Celeron.

The HDR option may be missing in the Windows display settings.
Minor graphic anomalies can be observed when opening the Windows 10 or Windows Store start menu.
It is possible that the Wide Gamut option may not be activated in SDR mode on HDR panels.
We could have crashes in Solid Edge 2019.
We could see a color corruption when resizing the window when playing a video.
Known issues
Small graphic anomalies can be observed in Arma 3 and NextPVR.
Some games may not have sound with Intel Display Audio in full screen mode when the resolution is different from that set in Windows or IGCC.
We can see intermittent crashes by changing the playback of UHD Blu-Ray PowerDVD on an external monitor from full screen mode to window mode.
