The last of the big three of 2019 is about to begin. The Tour of Spain will begin this Saturday in Torrevieja, with a team time trial of 13.4 kilometers.
The race has several Colombians on the favorites list, including Nairo Quintana, who won the Vuelta in 2016. That was Colombia's second victory in the test, after Lucho Herrera won the 1987 edition.
