Need some help in CSGO.

• Your Problem:i dont know what just happen.. there is something wrong with my csgo i think because i Cant see my Competative Rank , wingman etc.. + u can also see thaat it takes so much timee for me to find a matchmaking server time around like 10-15 mins which is so much ? I already did restart my pc & the gaame but still the problem is same ?

When did you play MM and wingman last time? If you didn't play 1 month your rank will be disappeared.
