The semifinal of Roland Garros that were disputing the Serbian Novak Djokovic and the Austrian Dominic Thiem was postponed to this Saturday at 12.00 (10.00 GMT) by the rain when the third set was disputed, with tie to one.

The match, which had already suffered a first interruption of about 10 minutes in the second set, was completely postponed with the score: 6-2, 3-6 and 3-1 in favor of Thiem, who also had to draw.

The duel will be played on the central court at noon, while the women's final between the Australian Ashleigh Barty and the Czech Marketa Vondrousova is scheduled at 15.00 (13.00 GMT).

The Australian Ashley Barty, eighth favorite, and the Czech Marketa Vondrousova, 38 of the world at 19, qualified for their first final, after defeating, respectively, the American Amanda Anisimova, 51 of the world, and the British Johanna Konta, 26

Barty, who claims to be 3 of the rankings - two if he wins the tournament - ended up taming the 17-year-old Anisimova, who, despite this defeat, has left his mark on Paris. She is already compared to Serena Williams, because of her American nationality, and to Maria Sharapova, because of her country of origin.

Ante Barty, came back from 5-0 down and two set balls to win the first set and put the Australian on the ropes in the second, which came to dominate 3-0, although in the end was left to overcome and left the track with tears in the eyes.

The one that did make it to the final, and without losing a set, was Vondrousova, 19, the youngest finalist in a Grand Slam since the Danish Caroline Wozniacki at the 2009 US Open.

The Czech, who was planted in Paris as the tennis player who had won more victories on the circuit since the last Australian Open, rallied in each of the sets in which her rival had service to score the manga.
