Angrry.exe™
British Land Rover has upgraded the new generation Discovery by adding a new turbo diesel to the range and a number of additional electronic protection systems in the drivers' list. So the new propeller is rather an improved version of an existing aggregate. The new SDV6 has come to replace the TDV6. The 3.0 liter V2 biturbo engine has an increased power of 258 to 306 hp, while the maximum torque has risen from 600 to 700 Nm. A Discovery with such an SDV6 is able to accelerate to 100 km / h in 7.5 seconds, 0.6 seconds faster than a TDV6. It can also tow trailers with a weight of up to 3.5 tons. The starting price for the new engine starts in Germany from 67,000 euros and in the UK from 47,405 pounds. Discovery now also comes with the Clear Exit Detection system, which alerts the driver and passengers if vehicles, bicycles or other dangers come from behind when leaving the vehicle. If an obstacle is detected, a warning light will blink on the door to alert passengers. These technologies join a series of on-the-go support functions to help customers make the most of their Land Rover, offering the safest journey wherever they choose to go. Land Rover has also simplified the choice of all support and protection systems and functions, which are now divided into three packages: Park Pack, Drive Pack and Driver Assist Pack.
