This morning, the commercial emporium Gamarra was closed for three days in order to prevent informal and informal trade, an activity that was banned on February 26. George Forsyth, Mayor of La Victoria, led the stagecoach in coordination with the National Police.

After knowing this provision, the station Gamarra of Line 1 of the Metro of Lima suspended its activities by security measures.

Therefore, Lima Metro users should opt for the Miguel Grau or Arriola stations.

Similarly, Protransporte reported that the circulation of the Metropolitan Gamarra feeder service was suspended until further notice. This due to the closure of the commercial emporium of La Victoria.

During the closure of Gamarra, some 2,000 PNP agents will be deployed to maintain the reordering and recovery of the public space. In addition, the classes of seven schools, between public and private, close to the area, were suspended.
