The president of the Civil Transparency Association, Allan Wagner, highlighted on Friday the work done by the resignation Prime Minister César Villanueva in charge of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).

Along these lines, the former foreign minister ruled out having received the proposal to preside over the PCM and said he believed that he would not accept such an important position at this time in his life.

"No, I want to deny these versions [of having received the proposal to head the PCM] and point out that, in addition, my deep conviction is that the moment to accept such an important and delicate position has already happened to me," he said.
