Hello,

So basically you error message says nothing about the problem.
Maybe you missed to install drivers or you do not have permissions to launch it from the new location.

if you are using Windows Vista or Seven, you have to start TS3 as administrator.

Right click on the shortcut and choose Properties. On the Compatibility tab, check Launch as Administrator.

Validates and launches ts3.

also you have installed library Microsoft Visual C SP1. Be sure your pc has a recent update.
it will not harm you, when both packs are installed. it should be good.
