For example, when you exercise your body produces endorphin, the hormone that produces happiness, and serotonin, a hormone that is capable of relieving mood. You know, play sports! Maintaining a healthy lifestyle will reduce your chances of getting coronary and cardiovascular disease, level your blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and also decrease the appearance of chronic and degenerative diseases such as AIDS, cancer, Alzheimer's, etc. According to statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 10 million people die each year from cardiovascular disease.
