Update Design 1.0

[REVAN]

As you might have saw, the Design team fell by an agreement to edit the Design Category and I'm here to walk you trough!

So:

• Requests was added to Assistance category. There you can find the usual Assistance category with 3 moved topics (Request stocks, fonts, others)
• We modified the AOTW and SOTW into AOTM and SOTM being now monthly competitions. (We will post rules and terms later)
• We split the GFX Battles into 2 modes: 1vs1 Battles and Team Battles. (Rules and info will come later)
• We added back an Archives category so, if your topic was mysteriously disappeared, you know where to find it!
• The big Blacklist was created for all categories which you can find here.

That's all we had to do and I hope you find these changes better and more easy to see.
