Each computer user knows that the computer consists of monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and system unit. But if we look inside the system unit, we will see a great deal of details that make it work.
 
 
The most important component, of course, is the system unit.

In fact, the system unit is the computer, which executes hundreds of thousands of operations. If you replace the monitor, keyboard or mouse, we will simply watch movies, listen to music, text key, etc., but the PC's parameters will remain the same. Everything that is displayed on the monitor or heard in speakers depends on what's inside the system unit. The internal components of the system unit are determined by the overall system capacity.
 
The computer system unit contains: video card, hard disk, RAM modules, coolers, processor, motherboard, and other components. Let's analyze the most important components.
 
 
The motherboard - is the base of the system unit.

It is a board on which all other components are mounted: video card, processor, hard disk, etc. That's why that name. The main function of the motherboard is related to other components so that they function as a whole.
 
 
 
Processor - this is a kind of brain of the computer.

Even the processor executes all those commands that set up the PC user. The speed and capacity of your computer depend on how powerful the processor is. The processor is located on the motherboard in a special connector called the "CPU slot" or "socket".
 
 
 
Cooler - This component is above CPU.

The cooler is a small fan heater that dissipates the heat and thus cools the processor. It is a very important component, because if the processor will overheat, the computer will shut down. And this will quickly lead to PC failure.
 
 
 
Hard disk - is a component that stores all the information on your computer.

Of course, the higher the hard disk volume, the more information the computer can store. In modern calculators the location of the hard dsik differs from the old ones. Now the hard drives are connected via the interface. As a rule, hard drives are also overheated, so for a longer lifetime of your computer, it mounts another cooler near your hard drive, and so you will avoid repairs.
 
 
 
Graphics card - part of the computer, responsible for video processing speed.

In modern gadgets, the graphics card is mounted on the PCI-Express slot. Strong graphics card is required for graphic designers or computer gamblers - for a clearer picture or better feel the atmosphere in the game. Also, each computer has a network and sound card. Their names talk about their function in the computer.
 
RAM modules - in other words, random access memory (this is the translation of Random Access Memory, abbreviated RAM).

RAMs temporarily store data that is required by the processor to perform the operation. After the completion of these processes, for example after an operation is completed, the RAM data is removed. RAM speed, or more precisely access to it, is higher compared to hard disk access speed. This helps to get the necessary information instantly. There are different RAM models, so the slots on the motherboard are also different.
