As i see from the picture, your cs misses some files.

Try to re-install your counter-strike 1.6 with an other version.

Probelm I will by Solved !!

1. Find and enter the location where you have installed cs 1.6 If you are using windows then it would be something like C:\Program files\Counter.....(depending on the version)

2. Locate and try to run hl.exe or Half-Life This depends from which one Half-Life works on your PC.

3. Once in Half-Life, go to Options -> Video -> Renderer Tab and Select OpenGL. Click on Apply.

4. The Game Will Restart Then quit Half-Life.

5. Now try to Run Cs 1.6

6. Click on any one Mode (For trial, put the normal mode)

7. The Game Will Successfully run Now

well your cs is warzone so  look i suggest downloading this cs its cs lh 2013 its better for windows 7  

 

this cs is better for Windows 7 if this didnt work reply here again and we will help you !

The best you can do is eliminate the game completely. For this the first thing is basically to uninstall the game as always, Control Panel / Uninstall a program / cs1.6 and apply.
All right up there, then we'll have to:

1.Windows icon / Search "execute".
2.There we put %appdata% 
3. Click on "AppData" then go "Local". 
4.After that, click on VirtualStore.
5.Click on Programs Files/ (x86)
6. Delete Folder Counter Strike 1.6
Finally, you can reinstall cs 1.6 but without any kind of saved, I mean that you have to add your configs.

Your files of CS1.6 is damaged and corrupted.. 

I advise you to Download a new CS1.6 

or get a steam cs1.6 the original one with full support 

Your problem should be solved.
