Angrry.exe™
Seven unions of Ryanair sailing personnel from five countries - Italy, Portugal, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands - will launch a one-day strike on September 28, affecting hundreds of flights, Yves Lambot, a spokesman Belgian trade union CNE, AFP and Reuters forwarded by agerpres. "Unfortunately, the talks with Ryanair continued without any results, and they promised to change our contracts according to national legislation by 2022. It is too late for us, we want these changes in 2019," Yves Lambot said. He confirmed that protest movements will take place in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands. Also, Ryanair's Italian pilots will join the strike on September 28, a spokesman for the UILTRASPORTI union said. Ryanair representatives have announced that they will seek to minimize the effects of the strike on passengers by canceling a small number of air races. Italy and Spain are the second and third largest European market for Ryanair. On August 13, Ryanair faced the most severe protest movement in its 33-year history, with about 55,000 passengers and nearly 400 canceled flights.
