If you thought that everything was invented, you can be wrong because Samsung has just patented an intelligent ring that will allow you to control all electronic devices in the home by simply moving a finger.

It is not the first time that we have proof of the idea of a smart ring from Samsung to control the devices of the home, and just as in the previous occasion you just discover a patent that comes to basically talk about the same thing.

This Samsung patent on a smart ring published last week, reveals that the company has in mind to create one of these devices for the future, something that will allow us, as we have said, to control all smart home appliances moving only one of our fingers.

The ring would have at least one inertial sensor to be able to launch different movements and gestures, although a tactile sensor would also be applied to the surface of the ring to improve interactivity.

In this way thanks to the ring the user could control the entire ecosystem of the Internet of Things of Samsung as it could be moving through the channels of the TV raising only a finger, improving some experience of Virtual Reality, or initiating applications on television or on the phone mobile.

As is usual in all these very futuristic patents, it is simply an idea to protect oneself against the future. In any case it is interesting to know that the South Koreans are thinking about this type of cutting-edge technology to make our lives much easier.
