Your data in ftp are wrong! you must choose ftp not SFTP, and check all your data if are right! I don't understand why you don't ask or consult with you Founder / partners before you open this topic. Ask those who give you Manager to teach you how to use ftp. Don't be shameful if you don't know how to use, but always ask first your partner to help you, and if the can not help you the ask all member. Thankyou. Hi. as it says ice and snap, check your settings to access the ftp, your ip, pw, mail, if the problem still persists talk to the owner of the server or the other manager.
