Hello , this is not proplem on server or FTP 

go try again and download a new winscp

From my point of view it seems that you are putting something wrong in your data (User / Password) so check well if you are putting something wrong and if this problem continues then get in touch with the Support / Company where the server is!

hello check that you are writing the host name write and email of your server 

if you dont have experience in ftp contact any one to teach you or go

Just Check that you are doing the right thing 

you must choose ftp not SFTP 

Also Host Name IS server's IP and ask the other founders for it

Hello this is not ftp problem, this is your problem because you don't know how to use ftp. 

Your data in ftp are wrong! you must choose ftp not SFTP, and check all your data if are right! 

I don't understand why you don't ask or consult with you Founder / partners before you open this topic. 

Ask those who give you Manager to teach you how to use ftp. Don't be shameful if you don't know how to use, but always ask first your partner to help you, and if the can not help you the ask all member.

Hi. as it says ice and snap, check your settings to access the ftp, your ip, pw, mail, if the problem still persists talk to the owner of the server or the other manager.
