Step 1: Search for the game you want to buy from the Steam store. Step 2: Go to the website https://steamdb.info and search for your game. ex - If you wanna buy "Steep" game then go and search that game on steamdb.info Step 3: After searching click on the game and compare the prices between your country and the country in which game is selling for the cheapest price. ex - Step 4: Now we know in which country the game is selling for the cheapest price as Brazil. (In my country it's for 21.65$ and in Brazil, it is for 15.54$) Step 5: Now how to buy game from Brazil. We can't just buy game from here because of steam country restriction otherwise if you want to travel and buy. So, The main trick come's here is how to buy game from Brazil. Step 6: You need VPN for this game to buy from steam market. (you can use vpn like Express VPN, Zen VPN and Nord VPN) I personally use Nord VPN because its much cheaper or you can use it as a full version for some days Step 7: Now turn On VPN and go to countries and select Brazil as your location. http://prntscr.com/k66ma1 (Picture were not uploading so you can check it on this link) Step 8: After turning ON the VPN open your Steam Account and Login. Step 9: For confirmation you can go to this link and see your ip location https://www.iplocation.net/find-ip-address . Step 10 : Now go to your Steam account settings then view account details . -> ( https://prnt.sc/k66o3h ) Step 11: After clicking on View account details Click on Update Store Country. -> (http://prntscr.com/k66p2t) (P.S-> My store is already converted into Brazil currency) Step 12: A drag down option will appear in which other countries will also show. -> (http://prntscr.com/k66qau) Step 13: After clicking on the country fill out your details -> http://prntscr.com/k66r15 (you can fill details from internet also no personal information needed). Step 14: Then click Apply Country Chnage and BOOM. Buy your game Step 15: If you wanna revert back change then follow the same steps from 1 to 14. No. The only thing you have to make sure is that your credit card should be approved for international transaction. And for PayPal it's just verify using 2-way authenticator.
