UEFA announced: Flash change in Champions League and UEFA Europa League

UEFA have announced that they will be given the 4th player change for the Champions League, UEFA Europa League and Super Cup.

From UEFA, the substitute club has made a move towards more players and the number of changes. The 2018 World Cup is based on the official rule.

During the 2018-19 season Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and European League rules of player changes were officially announced at IFAB. In the statement made at UEFA's official site, the latest version of the changes was explained.

For the first time in the 2018 World Cup, the 4th player change rule has come to the European football clubs in some cases. This means that both the player change and the substitute club have the chance to retain more players. Here is UEFA's innovation:
 
- Now there will be 1 player change in extra minutes in the event of a qualifying match in UEFA's tournaments. Thus the number of changes will be 4.
 
- In the final of the UEFA Super Cup, there will be 12 players in the substitute clubs.
