Problem in Adobe Media encoder In photoshop

Description of the problem: I have problem when I want to save videoes from Photoshop CC & CS6 when I want to Export Video I cant Click on Adobe Media encoder

Hello , 

When you are saving a GIF file Go to File --> Save For Web --> Original --> Then Change the file to GIF and save it .

No.. my problem is not in GIF My ptoblem is I made a TimeLine and I cant save its mp4

I told My problem is when I want to export the video I cant Click on : Adobe Media encoder... I hope you will understand me
