At auction held in Sapporo, Japan, a pair of Yubari melons were sold at a record price of 3.2 million Japanese Yen (about 135,000 liras). The rivers were bought by Shinya Noda, the manager of a fruit and vegetable packaging company. According to Semih Sonmez from Dunyahalleri.com, Noda said, "I wanted to make a bid for the record." The kiosks, which can be purchased as a 2018 model car, also broke the record of the Yubari cousins sold to Yen 3 million in 2016. 2. DEVELOPED AFTER THE WORLD WAR At the auction, a total of 508 melons produced by eight farmers from the famous Yubari city with their fuels were offered for sale. The so-called kudu, formerly known as the king of Yubari, was carefully developed by the farmers in the region following the Second World War. According to the Cooks Info site, every farmer producing these culleres has to sell their products directly to the Yubari Agricultural Cooperative Association. The Union is struggling to become the owner of the King of the Yubari and to be the top of every curious name bearing this name. One task of the association is to distinguish the false kingdom of the Yubari king from the original. These kuels are so valuable that some people are trying to sell a high price and sell it. 1
