hello

your problem its very simple dont worry 

just type cansole (write in cansole ) 

cl_allowdownload 1

this is Allow maps, models, sounds, sprites, textures download when connecting to a server

and about secound screen shoot its happened no every time mybe when you join special server !!  

pls if your problem sloved reply here dont let the topic open !!
