You can't play online with Counter-Strike Global Offensive Non Steam 

If you want to play CSGO online,you must bought a steam with CSGO

Hello,

Go to "Start" > Search for "Task Manager" > Go to "Processes" or "Details" and find the program you want to close in your case CS:GO. 

 

 

When i look at the picture you presented this is the solution i can find because that is what it says.

I hope it works for you, if not then download another Non Steam CS:GO.

Hello , You can't play with csgo online you must buy it from steam.

Hello mister bhooth,

Unfortunately "Counter Strike : Global Offensive" can be played only offline without steam acc with this game installed from it will be impossible to play on any server or play with your friends , so the solution of your problem is to buy or try to get the game key or steam acc that have this game otherwise you will have to play it Offline ,
