this problem occurs because the version of your ts3 is not compatible with windons xp I recommend you look for an old version of ts3

as oya said ur windows can't handle this version of teamspeak 3 and as she said  search for older version 

or for better try to download newer windows version , windows vista , 7 , 9 , 10 , one of these version and u will find it run smoothly .

your pc can't keep it ..like me to delete that ts3 and install this down im sure that will help you couse that can download very easy :). so i suggest you : http://filehippo.com/download_teamspeak_client_32/64104/ try to download this teamspeak to connect in our teamspeak   .
