• Your Problem: when i enter to one server i play normale.... but when i get out of the game i found the mouse is spinning and looking up  i don't know the problem

dude you have a good pc... you can make Renderer "D3D".... my pc when i choose d3d it's sooooo laaaag and i can not do some thing..... about others setting i have the same

Hello , just go to resolution in your PC.

and put the CS1.6 resolution same as your PC resolution .

it's quite easy and the only way if you wanna stay with software mod 

note : 13600 X 786 is the most recommended.

It seems you dont have GRAPHIC CARD / GAME CARD 

so u need to  buy a Graphic card from any nearby Computer's Store 

it will fix
