Regarding This Concern The Most Important Thing To Remember And Understand is That a Community Based Forums Have a Limit To Upload A FILE/IMAGE/VIDEO As In CSBLACKDEVIL.COM It Is No More Than 2 kb the Maximum Requirement So In Order To Upload That File You Must Have A High Grade Example VIP/Moderator etc ... (For more VIP Details Click Here) And If You Want To Add That File/Image With The Member Rank! So You Must Follow These Steps . Open Up The Photoshop (any version) Click On New (Top Left Corner) Click On Save As Choose The File Extention i.e (JPEG) and Then Click On Save After Clicking On Save It Will Ask You For Managing The Size Of The File Which You Have To Keep Low (Below 2 kb) Click Save And Upload That Image In This Way You Will Be Able To Upload The Photo In TWO Ways!
