Description of the problem:i download cs5 photoshop and i engestre photo but idk wher is i doun t find it

hello when you save it , they tell you where to save it so click in save it for web , then choose where you want to save it , then you will find it in the place that you choose when you save it !

i do that i click regester sous 

and i save it in place but i dount find it

and how i edit the photo and add efects

also when you save it you need to save it as PNG ?
Did you save it as PNG ?
