OyaYansa
Following the latest wave of cyber attacks in recent months, concern about cyber security has exploded among the po[CENSORED]tion. So much so that dealing with hackers is one of the most important challenges facing countries on a political and economic level. But this is not the only concern: climate change and its consequences together with the ISIS terrorist group occupy the first three positions in terms of global threats. These are the findings of the Pew Research Center study published on 1 August after conducting surveys in 38 countries. They asked what were the main concerns of the world's po[CENSORED]tion, resulting in cyberattacks and climate change at the top. This study points out that the latest cyber attacks, notably WannaCry and malware NotPeyta, have put the security of most international companies at risk. So much so that they represent the main threat to 51% of the median economies. For example, Japan places it first, while other large countries such as the United States (with alleged electoral hacking by Russia during the 2016 presidential elections), Germany and the United Kingdom put it in second place. Changing your password often, surfing safely or protecting your router are some of the steps we can take to make our digital life safer. Climate change is another major concern of the po[CENSORED]tion. Specifically for 13 countries in Latin America and Africa they place it in a priority place. The best example is Mexico: for 72% of its po[CENSORED]tion in Mexico is its greatest threat, not least because its capital is one of the most polluted cities in the world. Most of the other countries surveyed ranked second, including Europe. It is striking that the United States places climate change as the third threat after Trump has withdrawn the country from the Paris Agreement. Finally, the other major concern that is within the top 3 of the world po[CENSORED]tion is the threat posed by the ISIS jihadist group, especially for the United States and Europe (a total of 18 identified this terrorist group in the first place, many of them victims Of its attacks like France). In this study we also find other global problems such as the economic situation (Greece and Venezuela) or the refugee crisis (Hungary) - so important in 2016.
