hello , thats mean the photo dont work for your profil , as memeber or affaliat , you can upload a pic of 24 Mo , and the size of image that you upload it its more then 24 Mo , so thats why they dont work on your profil !

You can not downlaod this photo in your profile.

ill help you to reduce that GIF images size 

another if u want put this avatar so buy  VIP , if u buy VIP so u can put any size of gif , jpg , png
