Problem cs go

Just delete the csgo.exe and the cfg folder in your csgo folder [steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg] (don't forget to copy a backup).
Then verify integrity of game cache. The files will be replaced and the game will (hopefully) start without crashes!

Hello ! 

here is the common solutions for your problem :

- Launch csgo as an administrator (Right click-> Launch as an administrator) 

- Delete some espace , maybe the space isn't enough to download some extra maps (that you are trying to join) 

-First off you must enable your developer console. 
->Go into your Options
->Click Game Settings
->Where is says "Enable Developer Console [~]" set it to "Yes"
->Press the ~ key on your keyboard, located under Escape.
Commands to type:
cl_disablehtmlmotd 1

Hope it works .

Hello ! Maybe its your windows, Try to find a way to update your windows to 10 . If not try to watch some tourials on youtube see if you can solve it then.
