OyaYansa
One of the most common issues with major updates like Windows 10 Creators Update is that the installation process often fails because of application compatibility errors, especially since developers do not update their own software programs for new versions of Microsoft . Although it downloads well on most devices, it seems that on Toshiba computers there is an application that blocks this new version. The solution? You will have to eliminate it. The Toshiba Display Utility program blocks Creators Update from Windows 10 in the installation of the program and therefore users whose computers are running must uninstall it before starting the update process. "Currently this Toshiba utility is not compatible with Windows 10 Creators Update. If you have the tool installed on your computer, you will not receive the update and you will be prevented from downloading it," they declared from the company. Because it is not compatible with Windows 10 Creators Update, the only way to update it is to remove it. Once done, reinstall it and then it should work, although performance may be limited. But what is Toshiba Display Utility? An application developed by Toshiba for its own devices that allows users to adjust the display settings, resolution and text size, offering some additional options such as customizing mouse pointer speed. It is possible that devices running the Toshiba Display Utility will be compatible with the latest Microsoft operating system in the near future; The two companies are already working to develop a solution to the incompatibility.
