OyaYansa
Steam has just thrown more firewood into the debate over whether Intel or AMD is better. This time with a poll, leaving the ball on the roof of the users. The video game distribution platform has compiled data on what hardware and gaming components its users use, and the results are not surprising. Given the po[CENSORED]rity of video games for PCs, it is important to know the preferences within the most po[CENSORED]r platform. There are many who decide to assemble step by step a desktop by pieces, the cheapest option. Some stretch the savings as much as to be able to set up their own PC Gaming for only € 600. If we go down to the data arena we see that Intel once again defeats AMD. On this occasion by much difference. The preferred gaming processors by its users are the Intel Core, presumably the i5 Skylake and Kabylake, as well as the sixth and seventh generation i7. They are precisely those that we could compare recently with the new AMD Ryzen 7, comparative of identical result. What is surprising is the huge difference between the two companies. The 79.53% of users believe that Intel is better than AMD, which also does not come out well when comparing the acceptance of their graphics cards. In this case the winners are the gaming graphics of Nvidia - especially the GTX 970 - with 56.4% of the total, doubling to the ATI Radeon (24.7%). In other minor issues, HTC Vive virtual reality glasses stand out as dominators in SteamVR, although only 0.24% of the gamers of this platform have them and its growth (+ 0,01%) does not seem too noticeable . Surely it has something to do with its high price, one of the disadvantages that we found when we had the chance to try them. These are other curious facts of the survey: Half of the users access with Windows 10 64-bit 8GB of RAM is the most po[CENSORED]r configuration Resolution 1080p is the one that uses by default 45% of the users 63% of gamers use microphone
