According to second problem you can play on all computers as long as you have password of admin. Just type setinfo _pw "pass" in each PC you wanna play then connect! Good Luck and Have Fun! 1

Expand My friend, You will be able to play anywhere .. but just your IP will be different The main IP reason is just to check if you are not the real one or the fake one But, You still can play anywhere if you have proof that you the real one and to know the the real personality of every one.. Example if someone is in blacklist of a server, He can change his name and join server but, administrators can know that he is the one in the blacklist because of his IP 1
