well , me too i have this problem but i solve it , if you use Google Chorme you must use OPERA and this web dont have this problem !

Hello, 

they already gave you many websites so i dont need to repeat it.

But, if you didnt wait untill the upload finish, all these websites will be useless,

You must wait untill the website say "Upload complete"

Or you can use other browser like opera ( fast browser ) as lizzaro said
