Hello , This is a problem of your "clasic_claws" model..

How to solve that :
Go To Counter-Strike --> cstrike --> models --> Zombie plague
then delete that file "clasic_claws" and download new one : Here
Then put the new file in  Counter-Strike --> cstrike --> models --> Zombie plague

hello there is easy way

go to counter strike folder then to cstrike models and chose this model and dellte it 

or if didnt work try to reinstall your cs
