Hi zog, in the Global Meeting they answered your question, each day they receive many of support tickets, if still no one reply your ticket just send a pm or contact to any administrator on TS3

The problem is which we also discussed in the Global Meeting that there are too many Support Ticket which can not be handled in 1 day and next day there comes more like this it start building up, the Administrator are working on it please have some patience there will be solution very soon.

 

If there are question you can always contact Moderator and Global Moderator but at end we know the most thing that everyone need which can be handled only by Administrator.

 

I can tell you to have patience your ticket will be replied as soon as possible.
