Can someone explain ??!

I don't know what Designers mean, but can any designer explain this ?!

When i made Topic about Requesting Avatar, REVAN Rejected it and said " The title must be "Request Avatar" "

And when other member did a topic with that kind of Title Mr. Wizard closed it and said " The title must be Request Avatar "Nickname" "

So, before any Designer going to add new rule, please if you'd like to agree with each others, because in this way we don't know what Rules are you adding and which Rules should we have to respect.
I would like to get an explanation, because i now see i got Rejected & Closed request for nothing ..!

I think there is a difference between my model and yours. Please, read again the rules!
