reinstall  your photoshop

soo just change it to another image not jpeg 
and sometimes work and sometimes noo}

Hello this is problem we not have original photoshop for to open all photos
any photo with bad pixels , JPG he not open , see download any other ps!

Look , you dont need to REINSALL YOUR PHOTOSHOP , just open the images who is JPG , open that images in "Paint" and save it in PNG.
