Maybe u do something wrong thats why "Hard Light doesnt work , watch tutorials here.

 

About "colors" they are called gradient , frist u need to download it (Click here) then watch tutorial

Hello !

The options in your photoshop is blocked becouse i think your photoshop have any problem.

I say this becouse is impossible to show that options blocked.

So try to download another photoshop !

About Gradients , as Envyus say you must download and and you need to load it in your Photoshop.

Hope you understand.

Try to download another Photoshop maybe your ps have any problem , and about colors that's gradients, you can download it here

For install it just press in load.
