The account can be only disabled by Administrator, we don't have a button in our profile to disable the account.

Make a ticket in Support, and inform them why you want to disable the account and they will do it for you.

 

As i see you don't want to tell anyone why you want to do this, it will be better to make a ticket then your privacy will be safe with Administrator.
