You have to make a new layer -> put a soft brush 200px -> put the layer on Linear Dodge (Add) .

P.S: Next time use the model.

Hello ,

 

1. Create a new layer

 

 

2. Now Go to Brush Tool

 

 

3. Go to the menu of soft Brush up, and you can Size the Brush as you like

 

 

4.5. Right now you choose the Color and Clic on the image with mouse

 

 

6. my size of soft Brush i make it 125 and i choose Color Red 

 

7. the Color is much dark right ? then must Go to straight and you Size the Opacity and choose Lighten or as you like:

 

 

Right now you finish your Avatar go Save it .PNG

u can + or - in the Opacity

if u want brush in other style follow what unknown said
