Its obviously Arabic, Saudi accent. I'll try translate what I understand because the video quality is bad.

 

Most of what he is saying is just phrases that stand for fear or showing that he is afraid, at most of the video he is telling the driver to back off or drive away. The rest is just shouting and loud murmuring. At some points he would be praying to God because he is afraid.

they're speaking spanish, and if u want to know about this video: here

It's obviously Arabic, The title clearly says Saudi Arabia.

And its my first time to see spanish people saying Muslim phrases like 'besmelah; meaning: In the name of God' or 'Ya allah; meaning: Oh God!'.

If you are interested in these things #YourMother there is a valley in the Saudi Arabian desert near Jordan which is told to have such things and posses 'Gin'.

hhhhhhhhhh pedro's this video is from saudi arabic as you see at title,i'm arabic but i dont understand saudi arabe.... much,i think they are afraid from that old man or whatever he is,they are just screaming :D wanting to know who is it,and they are in some place that i dont know :) i think is desert

Lol the film was inspired by a phantom called "La llorona" venezuelan and mexican story! and believe me, the ghosts exist, I have seen la llorona in real life! is for that reason i say is interesting for me!

that video is not true, it's just time passes between them, it's not a really phantom.

 

about what they are called:

 

Tell him to go to the phantom and when the phantom runs the guy said in screaming back the car.

 

the guys tell him and screaming to back car as in several times.
