• Description of the problem:  I wanna know how to do that line in middle of two texts

1. Open a document.
2. Select Line Tool (U).
3. Hold shift and make that line.
4. Go to filter - blur - motion blur.
5. Now, angle: 90 (orizontal) and distance: what do you want.
6. Press OK and that's it.

Another method:

 

1. Make a simple line with Line Tool or Retangle Tool .

2. Use the Eraser Tool (E) , choose a soft brush and erase the corners of the line.

3. And you're done.
