The problem is your are not saving the picture how it must be !

 

When you have done with this effect.

1. Click on File.

2. Click on Save for Web...

 

 

 

3. Put it in gif.

4. Looping Option: Forever

 

 

5. Click on Play button (See under Forever in the pic here up) the button will be like this.

 

 

 

7. Click on .
