Download a theme, unzip the file, in some come instructions to install, just copy the files that come in the "themes" folder. 2. Go to the C: Windows / Resources / Themes and paste there. - Note: These items are installed and Windows 7: copy the theme files and paste in: C: Windows/Resources/Themes, then you go to Desktop> Right Click> Select Theme> Apply.
