=.S.A.S.= Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Skyrim is a vast region located in northern Tamriel. It is the main home of the Nords, robust and strong men with high frost resistance, both physical (climate, snow) and Magic (ice spells). It was originally inhabited by the Snow Elves, who were eliminated later in a war against Atmoranos. It is bordered by Morrowind to the east, Cyrodiil to the south, Hammerfell High Rock in the southeast and west. The island of Solstheim exists northwest of Skyrim. FLOT Skyrim, also called the Old Kingdom or the Fatherland, is the home of the Nords and The Elder Scrolls V scenario: Skyrim. It was the first region of Tamriel to be settled by humans when Ysgramor brought his Five Hundred Companions Atmora coming from the north. The Nords of today are descendants of these people. During the Age Merética, Ysgramor and Atmoranos who came to the place called Atmora Mereth, because of the large amount of Mer who inhabited the region. It is said that Ysgramos reached Skyrim fleeing a civil war in Atmora, which at the time had a large po[CENSORED]tion. The Atmoranos stabilized in the area that eventually would be known as Winterhold and founded a city called Saarthal. For years we established a relatively peaceful relationship with the Atmoranos Snow Elves who initially inhabited the region. The Snow Elves persisted within the borders of Skyrim until the reign of the thirteenth member Ysgramor Dynasty, King Harald, at the beginning of the First Age King Harald was the first to relinquish all holdings in Atmora (up to that time, the Nords of Skyrim Atmora and were considered the same group), proclaiming that the people of Skyrim were an independent people. All people of Tamriel have descended these Nords, although some bloodlines run {fine.} Vrage} {the Gifted began the expansion that would eventually lead to the First Empire of Men. Within 50 years of his reign, the Nords ruled all of Skyrim, as well as parts of High Rock, Cyrodiil, and the Dunmer lands of Morrowind. The acquisition of Morrowind was particularly bloody, still remembered in Morrowind today (the purpose of the formation of the Chimer-Dwemer kingdom of Resdayn was to expel the Nords). The system which chose the successors Empire eventually proved to be his undoing. For a great time the Moot, a gathering of the lords of very different Holds (cities), chose the successor of the empire. This lasted well until the death of King Borgas, when the Moot failed to nominate the po[CENSORED]r successor {}. Then came the disastrous Skyrim War of Succession, during which the provinces of High Rock, Cyrodiil and Morrowind parted with little resistance from the Nords. The war did not end until the Pact of Chieftains (Compact Leaders), when the Moot was established to convene only when there was no clear successor. CITY Scattered throughout the rugged landscape of Skyrim's five massive cities as well as smaller settlements and villages. The most numerous is the presence of the smaller towns and earth Dauma more natural feeling a bit more urban, rural than Cyrodiil. Dawnstar The garrison city on the northern coast of Skyrim. It was after the destruction of a fortress in Dawnstar during 2E 283 that Potentate Versidue Shaie declared martial law, leading to one of the most brutal and bloody periods in the history of Tamriel. Dawnstar is one of the cities further north in Skyrim along with Solitude and Winterhold. Falkreath A city in the southwest of Skyrim, near the border with both cities, Cyrodiil and Hammerfell. Across the border in Hammerfell lies the town of Elinhir. Falkreath is known for its Cemeterio, which dominates the southern part of the city. Trailer 2
